Dr. Jill Robinson is a Registered Psychologist with a private practice based in Victoria, BC. Dr. Robinson provides therapy and psychodiagnostic assessments to adults ages 19+ or older who may be experiencing a variety of concerns. Dr. Robinson specializes in treatment for individuals experiencing anxiety disorders and anxiety-related distress, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, depression, substance use, abuse, and stress. Dr. Robinson practices from a cognitive behavioural framework and employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to best serve the unique needs of those she works with.
